Important Update: NEW 48-Hour CANCELLATION POLICY
Starting November 1st, we will be implementing a 48-hour cancellation policy to better serve our community and ensure that we can accommodate everyone in need of our services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

Upon Arrival
We know you’re excited to get started, but please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
Direct Billing
We provide direct billing for most major insurance companies. You’ll have the opportunity to share your direct billing information when you complete your health intake form. If you have any questions about our billing process or how to submit claims, please contact us at info@mbcollective.com.
Mask Policy
We want you to feel comfortable during your treatment, so if you’d prefer to wear a mask, please do, and please communicate with your therapist if you prefer that they mask as well.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation or appointment change. The easiest way for you to cancel is by logging into your JaneApp profile, but you may also email us at e-mail info@mbcollective.com. If we receive a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a no-show for the appointment, the full service fee will apply. Same day reservations cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
